Cancellation Policy
1. Deposit & Cancellation ● Client Cancellation: A 50% deposit is required to secure your session date. This deposit is non-refundable but is fully transferable to another session date. ● Photographer Cancellation: In the event that Abundance must cancel or reschedule your session, you will be offered the choice of: 1. A full transfer of all funds to a new session date. 2. A full refund of the deposit. ● Note: Refunds are only issued if the cancellation is initiated by the photographer. 2. Payment & Gallery Access ● Remaining Balance: The final 50% balance must be paid in full on or before the day of the photoshoot. ● Gallery Release: The watermarked preview gallery will not be released until the remaining balance has been settled. 3. Proofing & Final Files ● Watermarking: All images in the proofing catalog are watermarked. These watermarks remain on all preview images. ● Unedited Images: Clients will not receive a full gallery of unwatermarked or unedited "raw" files. Only the final, professionally edited images included in your package will be delivered without watermarks. 4. Social Media & Usage ● When posting the pictures, clients must tag @theabundanceagency.inc and @emergedanceco
